Instructions:

 

1. Choose any of the following topics as your semester project. These projects will make you familiarize with writing technical papers as well as understand the state-of-the-art PV
2. All these topics are literature review based technical survey. You will need to gather as many manuscripts as possible and summarize them in your own words to complete the project.
3. Again, DO NOT copy from another paper, you must re-write the information in your own
4. Also, you will need to cite the references appropriately. This rule is true for any plot, figure, picture, graph, etc. You can get the reference by clicking “cite this” as shown in the screenshot below:

5. You are encouraged to search for the papers in the IEEEXplore digital library (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/Xplore/home.jsp ) and use the respective key words to find the related
6. If you use UMKC network, you should be able to view and download papers from IEEEXplore Otherwise, you will need to use UMKC VPN to access the papers (https://www.umkc.edu/is/support/services/vpn/ )

8. You will follow the IEEE format to complete the A template from IEEE will be uploaded in Canvas for your convenience.
9. The length of your review paper should be between 3-4 pages excluding references.
10. Once you complete the paper, create a pdf and upload in the Canvas.
11. If the paper qualifies for submission, you will receive 3 Bonus points.

 

N.B: You are welcome to come up with your own topic related to PV Systems. If you choose so, email me with your project topic by July 7, Wednesday.
